  Hi Liliana,
  My daughter is going to Kindergarten at Big Springs Elementary this fall.
  I am not sure which classroom should I request for her. Could I ask you more info through email?

  It is the end of school year, summer vacation is almost here, but in a few months school will start again and both parents and students will find again at the beginning of a new school year asking “Who will be my teacher this year?”As a parent to kindergarten last year I had a lot of questions, I didn’t know any of the teachers, actually I didn’t know anything about the school system – being myself educated abroad and I really wanted to find some source of information to temper my worries, but I didn’t . Anyway my son started kindergarten last year at Big Springs Elementary in Simi Valley and we were fortunate enough to have not only a great school but also a great teacher- Miss. Johnson, which made the beginning of our school journey easy and smooth. Big Springs Elementary it is a really good school, good organization, the principal it is open to talk with you, very active PTA, a lot of school activities, and Miss. Jamie Johnson did a great job for my son keeping him challenged the entire year with all the extra work he had beside the homework (extra math work, writing, extra books to read). I am happy with the school, the teacher and my son achievements for this year. Highly Recommended!
