I have been there a few times but it is not the best place for kids to have fun, most of their games are wearing the crown of “out of order” which is very frustrating for kids, not to mention the ones without the sign that stop working after the token is taken. The people in there are nice, pizza it is ok but not the best I ever had, salad bar should be more organized and diverse. They should focus more on the game arcade kids will love that, invest in new ones and “retire” the old and always broken ones, which will be more attractive and enjoyable. My son told me that ordering Domino’s and use our modern gaming system at home beats 100 times Big Z; too bad because Big Z with a little attention and some touch can become a great place to entertain kids in Simi Valley taking in consideration that the city is lacking this kind of places. I hope the owners of Big Z will read this and take action.
